Our Body Control Pilates classes and privates are suitable for all fitness levels and all age groups, 16 +. Exercises can be made more difficult or adapted for those with specific issues, for example osteoporosis or recovering from injury or operations. The small numbers in classes ensures that all clients are given individual attention and can progress at their own pace. Pilates sessions and classes concentrate on natural alignment and stability with exercises, both freestanding and mat-based to create strength and flexibility
