Lauren has undergone extensive training as a Women’s Health Coach specialising in menopause to provide educational ‘Menopause Explained’ workshops and programmes online and in the community, to support women going through the menopause transition and for those who wish to look at changes beyond menopause, from a completely personal and individual perspective.
One third of the female population in the UK are in peri to post Menopause and yet information and support across the UK is severely limited. It is time to raise awareness, to look at the science simplified and to create a path to an easier journey through Menopause. Our initiative allows women to step outside their routines, to pause and consider the direction their lives need to take to maintain the work, family and relationship balance whilst understanding their own needs and self-care. It is a time of positive transformation when women are in their prime with an opportunity to achieve their full potential. We just need to feel inspired and ready to take the first step.
